Beacon Client Solutions
                 Policy on Reviews and Testimonials

Our Policy on Testimonials and Reviews

Testimonial and Review Policy

We are often asked by potential clients to display testimonials and r
eviews on our website and social media outlets such as Google and Trust Pilot.  However, we do not post or participate in 3rd party review websites for the reasons as listed below.

Unlike debt settlement competitors, we DO NOT play games or have gimmicks.

If you are subject to UCC or legal action(s) from MCA or loan companies, we do not take it lightly and neither should anyone do so.  If you hire our firm, we do not wait until you pay into the program 20%+ or wait until you get into debt or peril.  We will do the opposite because we want you to avoid further legal action, UCC restraints, ultimately returning your business or situation to good standing.

Beacon Client Solutions will never play games with clients or promise unreasonable outcomes just to get the client to enter our program.  We pride ourselves on being honest and putting the client first.  Our clients have been taken advantage of by MCA companies, their brokers, and their collections firms.

The majority of communications between our clients and firm are confidential and we focus on protecting our clients.  Competitors of ours have fake reviews online for which they claim to save clients 80% of what they owe.  In every case this is false.  Not only do MCA companies not reduce what you owe them this much, on average, our competitors will charge you 30%-50% of what you owe for their work and leave you exposed for other legal action, UCC restraints, harassment, poor legal support and representation, as well as in bad shape moving forward.

Commitment to Privacy

Beacon Client Solutions is a professional corporation and protects the privacy of our clients and associates.  To that end, we are rooted in practices which do not share client conversations, trade secrets, or allow for open reviews of procedures which would expose the privacy of our clients and associates.  In many cases, our clients have been subjected to massive harassment, exposure of personal and business information, trade secret infringement, or just plain embarrassment by predatory lenders or organizations.

Therefore, the team at Beacon Client Solutions does not share information about our clients, their cases, their outcomes, or their interactions with creditors or attorneys.  Having testimonials where clients can share personal experiences or interactions which may expose information which could violate attorney client privilege or private conversations or company protocols is strictly prohibited.

How can future clients be ensured that the work Beacon does is

When Beacon is working to onboard new clients to our programming, Beacon will provide examples of situations or redacted documents as needed.  Every case is different and we do not use a one-size-fits-all approach to our work.  Further, unlike any other firm like ours, we will allow future clients to have phone conversations with our attorneys and legal representatives at no charge.

Most Companies Reviews and Testimonials are Fake

It is common for businesses to post or have a place for reviews on social media or their website.  In fact, CNBC has suggested that over 40% of testimonials for small businesses are fake.  Each day, more and more small businesses are using Artificial Intelligence or foreign entities to add testimonials or reviews which are totally fake and provide a false sense of what their companies can deliver.

Fake testimonials and reviews are illegal and subject to review and prosecution by the FTC.

3rd Party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

Each of our clients signs onto a NDA which protects them from having their personal information shared with parties who are not approved by the client.  We do not post information for 3rd parties to use.  Such information can be detrimental or damaging to clients.

Attorney Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

When our clients sign on with our firm they also sign engagement/retention documents with our attorney(s).  Each document signed is bound to communication and non-disclosure parameters which we take seriously.  That is, we do not and will not expose our clients or organization to communications which violate the agreements.  Only in some cases if the client and the attorney sign releases will we agree to share this information.

Anyone who has any questions about our policy can email info@beaconclientsolutions for more information.
