Thomas Tramaglini
Personal Profile
Tom Tramaglini is an entrepreneur and small business owner. After working in the public education sector for two decades, he shifted his efforts to supporting small businesses and business owners.

In the private sector, Thomas founded the start-up Brothers Road Partners LTD (BRP) to support the needs of small business owners who do not have either the time or expertise to run many of the important aspects of their companies. His work in the business support industry has helped hundreds of small business owners become successful. Tom has also started several other companies, most notably Beacon Client Solutions.

Beacon is an award-winning small business consultancy that helps small business owners who are in peril from alternative lenders.

Thomas is an avid writer and data specialist. In 2019 he started the Center for MCA Research, a think tank that collects, analyzes, and reports on trends in the alternative lending industry. Moreover, those data are utilized in a way which drives the work of the team at Beacon Client Solutions.

Tom grew up the suburbs of New York City. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and graduated Cum Laude in 1998. Thomas W Tramaglini attended Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick for graduate school, where he earned both Masters and Doctoral degrees in organizational leadership, focusing on organizational theory.

Thomas W Tramaglini is an avid runner. He has run 21 marathons over 60 half marathons. Most of his races have raised thousands of dollars for numerous charities. He is the proud father of two children.
